Fully satisfied with hardwood installation – A few weeks ago, we had hardwood floors installed by Mykola of the Floor Store and his team. The whole experience was very pleasant: They did our 500 sqft in two days, the floors look great, and the price was very fair. Overall, I fully recommend the store and staff and will surely hire them again in the future.

100% recommended!!! – First of all i see review for this store and vinyl tiles...well this is the HARDWOOD Floor store not vinyl tile store...so if you want to have nice tile floor go to Vinyl tile stores..i think they are located on West End Ave bw 62nd and 64th Street. but any way ...... Would recommend them!! – They handled the work very professionally. They kept their appointments, confirmed in advance both pick-up and delivery. The price was fair and the job was done as promised. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend them!!!!

Not for vinyl tile floors – I had a terrible experience with the Floor store. The installer took a small project involving removing and installing 15 vinyl tiles. The floor is so bad that I have had to order new tiles and find a new person to redo. There was no refund of my money. So I am out not only the time, aggravation, and money, but the spare tiles which I had and considerable new expense.
