I walked into the store with one of the "owners" Edward promising me all kinds of good deals and no tax, so I took the bait and agreed to pay for my materials up front, but not the labor (never pay in full). 1. these guys are very unprofessional. They never answer their business phone and they don't have an answering machine! 2. it was like pulling teeth to get them to finish the job. There was not a ZERO star rating, otherwise I would have chosen that! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I paid in FULL and they have not delivered my flooring or returned my calls. It's no wonder they HAVE AN "F" RATING WITH THE BBB! 12 claims against them in less than 3 years.
they ripped me off of my money. i paid them deposit 3 weeks ago and they still not come to my house to start job. i call 20 times and they never answer. then i finally get them to answer and owner cursed at me and told me never call back, he say "just go ahead and sue me". avoid this place or you will be sorry.
