Lack of English! I called Floor Solutions to have someone come to my home to measure for carpeting. The gal who answered the phone spoke broken English. She informed me I had to come into their shop to pick out carpet swatches first! I told her NO, have someone come to our house, measure and BRING CARPET SWATCHES. She said they don't do it that way! So, in other words, they do a hard sell on you for other products as well, in their store. Don't need the scam!

This place installed a remodeled master bathroom, which included a shower, at our residence 7 years ago. A few months ago, the shower began to leak into our garage. When exposed, there was mold and rotted wood around the subfloor, showing the leak had been ongoing. The insurance company denied our claim because their evaluation of the leak concluded that the hot mop / waterproof envelope under the tile had failed due to defective material used or what they refer to as "improper workmanship."
