Excellent job. Very timely. Very courteous.
Terrible customer service from these folks. I'd definitely not recommend them to anyone. I finally had to have the repairs to the flooring they installed because they did not have the decency to return my four months of phone calls. Avoid at all costs.
I had carpet installed this past Tuesday and what a wonderful job they did...I could not be more please with the outcome....I will continue to give business to Greg and Floor Solutions...Thank you so much...and will also tell family and friends....
We work with this company monthly,sometimes weekly, they produce just as expected, timely and professional. It is nice to see a flooring business in New Albany with some class after years of dealing with others without any class.
i would never use them again. unless you are buying 1000s of square feet of flooring you are last on their list. they put down carpet with seams the size of the grand canyon. there are too many other places that can do better for the same or cheaper.. beware!!!
