Run Run Run. His store is never occupied for a reason. This guy will over charge and take advantage of customers that does not understand the tiling world. Wish there was a way to do zero star. Horrible human being. Very rude. Does not fix his screwups and offers no refund. I did not read the previous reviews and I had to pay. Beware, Beware, Beware!
Gave him a project of a tile installation of 2400 square feet with wooden stairs and baseboards for my newly constructed house. He told me before signing that it’s a job of a week, after signing he said 10 days, Still I gave him 2 weeks but it took him almost 4 weeks to reach close to completion. More than 30% of tiles have hollow sound. We can literally hear when we walk on them. Floor Select was able to help us design the exact look we wanted with the best materials (solid wood cabinets with soft-close drawers, quality quartz counters, brand-name faucets, etc.).
