Floor Pros recently did a complete refinish of our hardwood floors and they did a fantastic job! There was a lot of detail required and they handle like true professionals. They properly prepared the job, covered areas such as walls and marble insets so they weren’t damaged and insured as little dust as possible during the job. Jairo and his team were incredible. They said they'd come on a Monday, they were here on time, were very efficient and completed the project at a high level on time. It was the perfect experience for a customer. I made one gaffe and asked them to come back and fix something and they fit me in the next week to clean up my mistake and he even offered to do it for free. Wonder man and team, Jairo is awesome.
The images say it all. Imagine 1200 sq’ of this… The workers were inexperienced and it showed. They sanded the floors but then did not countersink/fill the exposed nails. Then they used water-based finish that caused all the exposed nails to turn black (rust). And even so they proceeded with the finish coat to seal it all in. The sales person Mark showed no culpability and acted like it “just happens sometimes”.
