I cannot begin to express just how disappointed I am with Floor Pros Flooring Outlet. Totally unprofessional and they do not stand by their work or their word. We ordered our granite from them and paid them in full (a whole month in advance), which I will NEVER do again with ANYBODY. When it was time for them to come out to do the template (which they did not show up when they were supposed to and then were unacceptably late when they finally did. Absolute horrible experience. I spent $1800 and my job was left unfinished as the businesses contractor left the job and disapeared. I called the office and let them know and they not only blamed me for giving him payment but they never came out to fix it then closed up. HORRIBLE STAFF AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM.
Thoroughly unprofessional, customer service is not at the top of the list. While the work eventually gets done the aggravation is not worth it. Never again.
Todd Edenfield, you are a lousy contractor. You don't keep your word and you cheat people.
