poor service---I ordered my flooring 12/09/2011 it is now january 17th and still no delivery, but they have my money...i have requested a followup via their email contact and have called several times and continue to get nothing from them. Today i called again and the automatic voice on their phone indicate the answering machine is OFF Do Not Buy from here!!!
