Our floors are from the early 1940’s. The red oak had scratches and stains from over the years. The poly they used had also turned the floor orange. Max came in, sanded them, repaired bad spots and polyurethaned them. They are gorgeous. He was very easy to communicate with and was always on time. We couldn’t be happier. The two first pics are before and the last two are after. What a difference!! I highly recommend Max.
My 1950's house had an old furnace in the hallway. After removal the hole needed to be patched in with the surrounding floor. Floor Max exceeded my expectations at a fair price. Called Max again to strip, repair, and poly my floors on another house I purchased. Excellent, beautiful restoration! From dull to beautiful.
Didn’t show up nor did he call to cancel the appointment to measure my floors.
