Her communication was top-notch, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The installers were skilled, courteous, and did a beautiful job. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will absolutely be using Floor Mart West again for future projects. Highly recommend!
The process of getting new flooring installed takes time, energy and luck in finding an established and reputable company to do it. After a couple of months of looking at different providers we found Sarah at Floor Mart West. She explained all of the different flooring materials we could use and helped us make our final decision. The installation team was efficient and detailed oriented and we could not be happier with the final outcome. I would definitely place FMW at the top of your list for your flooring needs.
We just had our upstairs carpets replaced with Floor Mart West in West Columbia. They were a pleasure to deal with and we got a great price 3k cheaper than the big business we inquired with first. They are a great family owned business ask for Lisa!
