RecommendedI loved the whole process, from Nicole coming to our house with actual samples of flooring we could test against cabinets and paint colors, to the men who actually installed the flooring. The team that put in our new carpet and LVT floors were friendly and efficient. They addressed any concerns we had, and everything was handled to our satisfaction. Plus, they were good with our dogs, who like to supervise. ;) We love our new floors!
I am sorry, but they came very quickly for an in home consult and then I never heard from them again! I even went to the store 2 weeks later and was assured I would be contacted. That was 2 mo ago! It would really concern me about their customer service.

Lorree I'm sorry you feel this way but we have emailed you a quote and evidently you did not receive it. Also there was a note recommending you to view ideas on pinterst of what you were wanting so we could get you a more accurate bid.
Floorit did a good job with the tile and countertops in our kitchen. They helped us achieve the look we were looking for.

We went from carpet to our new vinyl planks!!! Best decision ever and so far still in love with the choice we made. Dustin did a great job of bringing his mobile truck over to our house which was very convenient, he was very knowledge in all the products and answered all questions we had. The installation of the kitchen linoleum was very sloppy, so bad in fact I had to hire another technician to fix this company's work. I can't in good conscience recommend this company or give them a favorable review on Facebook. Buyer beware!
Our basement flooded in Kearney this summer, and we tried to get flooring quotes from local flooring companies. They wouldn't even come look at our floor because they were too busy. I decided on a whim to contact a company in Grand Island, and a friend recommended Floor it Nebraska. They were easy to schedule with. They communicated well. When they came they had so much knowledge to share. I loved being able to look at the samples and bring them into the space! They even gave Nebraska Flood victims a discount!
