Ordered three bedrooms of carpet on Feb. 17th. at Lowes. When it arrived Floor Interior Services called and scheduled install for March 15th. We spent the weekend emptying the bedrooms/closets including all the furniture from two of the bedrooms (even though we paid for furniture moving). On the morning of the 15th they called to say their truck broke down and it would be tomorrow the 16th. Frustrated but I understand. One of the worst experiences I have had with a company. Had set up for 2 months to get new flooring, confirmed multiple times. Cancelled last minute (one day prior when they confirmed the day before that). Cost us thousands of dollars for what we had to move to prepare for it and now they are saying they can’t do the job-something that should have been told when they first came out (wasn’t new news for them). Now we are left scrambling to find another company to do the job last minute. Unprofessional. Highly do not recommend
