Lowes uses this company to do their flooring installs and I would avoid them at all cost. They will schedule an appointment with you and then cancel last minute or after they were already suppose to be there to do the install. So I called the store to cancel and he said they told him a totally different reason why they weren't able to come out then what they told me. So add they're dishonest also.
