This started out as what would seem to be a good deal with a small business and turned into an awful experience. The couch and chairs that were cleaned, were cleaned well enough. There was a lot of water left in them so it took longer than anticipated to dry, but overall nothing really crazy there. He also said he would throw in 2 of my rugs to be cleaned for free in exchange for a 5-star review. Sounded good to me!
