FI Flooring laid down new hardwood in my downstairs living spaces. The owner was super nice and worked with me to sort out my hardwood flooring decisions. Crew was efficient, respectful and clean —easy to have them working in my home despite the obvious upheaval of our downstairs. Clear communication and support from office staff. I would easily hire them again and feel good about supporting a local business. A solid business.
My family and I recently moved to Marin and had our entire home's floors redone. Monica and Hikmet were both extremely friendly, knowledgable and accommodating. Monica ordered multiple special samples for me and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The quality of the work their team did really shines through and our entire home looks transformed and beautiful!
As a representative of our company, CREAOS, LLC., we hired FI Flooring & Design to install tile floors for our new studio, MAKEROOM, in Sausalito this past winter. The work done by Hikmet, Co-Owner, was excellent. Since the install, the floor tiles, which we ourselves had purchased, began to swell and buckle some. We contacted Monica, Co-Owner, for help in resolving our problem. We made the mistake of hiring a different, cheaper contractor instead of FI Flooring -- and we wish we'd gone with them from the start. After a frustrating experience with delays, poor communication, and subpar results, we reached out to FI Flooring for help. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly a cut above the rest.
