I am sorry to say that my husband and I had a very disappointing experience with floor hut. When the salesman Mark came to our home I felt like he was very rude and unprofessional by telling me that I should have specified on the phone that we wanted to see hardwood samples as well as laminate...silly me thinking a salesman would bring samples of both. Floor Hut - A Very Good Flooring Company – From the moment we entered the showroom to our floors being installed, the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We got more information on products that we liked in 10 mins of our time at Floor Hut, than all the time we spent at other stores put together. We got what we were looking for at a very good price. The installation was done very well, a great bunch of installers, very polite and nice. We do love our new carpet and hardwood. Thank you to all at Floor Hut.

Floor Hut did wood, carpet and tiles for our home. It was totally enjoyable. The owner Chris helped us in selecting our floors, he provided us with product and installation insight. They did have a lot of items on sale, form which we choose our floors. The installers did a great job and they were very nice to deal with. Good job guys and Thank you.

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! In July of the 2010 I decided to change the folders of my house, after several interviews I chose to Floor Hut of Plano, Texas, all I can say is that IT WAS a NIGHTMARE, a work that supposedly would take 3 days, to them took more than a month. They would arrive in the morning with a team of 3 or 4 people, on the following day appeared another group of totally different workers from the previous one and thus it followed during several weeks, altogether were four different equipment crews and instal... read more

Excellent Hard Wood Flooring Experience – I can not say enough good things about my experience with Floor Hut. Cresswell (Owner) and Guy (Sales) were absolutely the best to work with. I felt no pressure and felt like I was well informed when I left their business. In the end, I walked in thinking I could only afford laminate flooring; I walked out with hardwood floors for basically the same price I was quoted for laminate. Excellent company!!!! After shopping around for MONTHS, we chose Floor Hut to install our hardwood floors and carpet. Excellent team - great (and stress- free!) to work with. Prices, products and services are beyond compare! Installations was extremely professional - in time and quick. Easy to reach at any time - even after the work was completed. We are extremely happy with our floors and would HIGHLY recommend Floor Hut any time.
