The installers have finished up putting in the new carpet and I have to say I am deeply disappointed. The quality of the carpet and padding are far below what I had expected. I had wanted to replace the existing carpet with something pretty much the same as I already had, and match the carpet in the rest of the upstairs. I thought I had communicated that.
