If you are looking for genuine, hard working, and knowledgeable people. This is the place to go! I had the pleasure to work with Mahir (the store manager) and he showed us the best flooring and got us an appointment right away! I love my new floor, shout out to Jon, he installed my flooring and it was like love at 1st sight!!!! Don't look elsewhere! Flooring Factory Outlet is the place to go!!!
Used them for our restrooms in the exercise area at Spruce Creek Preserve in Dunnellon, FL. Gonzalo Walker was very efficient with his service, offered great value, sent quality installers who did an excellent job. We are very pleased and will be using again.
Love my new floor the manager Gonzalo and staff are very knowledgeable and very nice great price will recommend to any one needing tile or vinyl flooring
We paid extra for them to measure our kitchen for an exact estimate, and they wouldn't even give us the measurements so we could price check and get an estimate from a competitor. Again, they charge almost 200$ to measure but won't give you the measurements afterward. Horrible treatment and customer service from Mahir Hamzawi. Talked to us like we idiots and just kind of rude.
