We've used them several times for small projects and they always do a great job. Our carpet in the spare room needed to be replaced, they were quick about getting it measured and installled. The installer was fantastic very professional and friendly. We highly recommend Floor Factory Outlet.
Had back patio and front porch tiled, Brian, the installer did a great job, he and his crew were professional. Everyone at the store was pleasant to deal with. Will definitely use them again for the next job
Mr. Walker was so helpful and professional and helping me pick out laminate for my floors. He additionally helped me with determining The price, including the corner board threshold and lining. He later assisted my partner with doing laminate for four rooms in his house. I highly recommend this knowledgeable and helpful person in the store.
This place is the best place to buy tiles, carpets, kitchen. Gonzalo is amazing he took good care of me. I was so happy with their services. Please come and buy at floor factory in Ocala. Good deal and good people.
