This place is the best place to buy tiles, carpets, kitchen. Gonzalo is amazing he took good care of me. I was so happy with their services. Please come and buy at floor factory in Ocala. Good deal and good people.
The management is horrible to their employees it's sad
I have shopped at floor factory outlet several times and I am very happy with the product and my sales person Gonzalo Walker. I had been there years ago and he also helped me then.
I have used floor factor outlet for all my flooring needs. I purchased a 30 year old home 5 years ago and have since had this store install laminate, vinyl, and for my most recent project, ceramic tile. Installers have always been professional and efficient. I received excellent customer service from Gonzalo Walker as well as other employees. I highly recommend this store.
