To start off with it took 51/2 months for someone to come to my house. This tech said there was quite a few problems that needed attention, he would return in 2 days. Two weeks later he showed up and did a bandade type job that is not good or proffesional. In 2022 the owner came and quoted the job and explained the process, his crew did a fantastic job. Today I wouldn't recomend them for anything.

Floor Doctor Leduc was great to deal with. Royce was very timely with his quote and his communication both by phone and through the automated system was excellent. Never any doubt about appointments. Sid and his coworker did a great job on our patio.
