If you enjoy absolutely disaster of experiences and poor customer service then this is the company for you. I used the floor doctor to lay a polyspartic flaked flooring in a brand new garage build. My experience started with them giving a verbal quote in August that didn’t match the written quote that I received at the end of October. Although that was frustrating it wasn’t a deal breaker. Great service and excellent product.
I couldn’t be more impressed with Nancy and Royce. I have dealt with a lot of contractor as I renovated my house and I have never met anyone who cared so much about the result and the customer. Nancy went above and beyond to give me the best floor possible with the existing floor that I had. These are really good people that attend to the details to get the best possible results. I couldn’t be happier!
