After reading all the great reviews I was so excited to contact them about carpeting my house. I work Monday through Friday while they’re open so I emailed them via their contact email listed on their website about making a weekend appointment. That was two weeks ago. When I didn’t hear back I called the number and spoke with a gentleman who said the coming weekend probably wouldn’t be great but that he’d give my info to whoever handled weekend appointments.
