Absolutely horrible customer service! We requested samples and were told that they would call when they were in; would take 2-3 business days. Almost a week later we had to call them and got "oh they've been in." Liking what we saw (as far as tile) we decided to make a purchase and were told the order would be in before Christmas. Was never offered a delivery service and soon figured out why. WE called them the day before Christmas Eve inquiring about our order.
