As soon as their employee began removing the old floor they came back to us asking for more money because THEY made several errors, no fault of our own. I have emails documenting their errors. I'm being kind in only giving them 1 star. After moving to the Big Island, I went to Floor Decor and picked out new flooring for my home. I paid them $2,000 towards the flooring (which was about half the total cost of the job.) After paying the $2,000, life circumstances (including the death of my sister-in-law and father) caused me to put the new flooring project on hold.
