Not open on Sundays, closes at 6 on weekdays. When are working people supposed to be able to go take their time to pick out tiles, especially if you’re doing a full home renovation? Also, customer service is terrible. What a shame.
We spend a few hours with Funke at Floor and Decor design studio. The experience overall was amazing. We didn’t feel rushed and she worked according to our needs and likings and was able to suggest us relevant material. Strongly recommend going to this design studio and exploring your options.

We had a wonderful experience at the showroom in Tysons Corner, thanks to Funke Agboola. She was patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire process both easy and enjoyable. The showroom itself is fantastic, offering a wide assortment of beautiful options at a range of prices. We truly appreciated the selection and the level of service. We look forward to working with Funke again and will definitely return for future projects.
