We came in with the intent of asking a few questions about tile for a bathroom floor. Waited 30mins and not one associate said anything. Absolutely terrible customer service.
I had a great experience working with the Funke, the design consultant at the Vienna, VA location, for my bathroom tile selection. She was very helpful, patient, and provided thoughtful recommendations that matched my overall vision for the project. Her guidance made the selection process much easier and helped me feel confident in my choices. I truly appreciated her expertise and attention to detail.
I have been meaning to write this review for a long time, and I haven't forgotten. My sincere thanks to Traycee (Store Manager), Ekin (Operations Manager), and Matthew at Floor & Decor. Matthew helped me design my project and order all the materials. Unfortunately, the delivery was completely mixed up, causing delays that could have seriously impacted my contractor's schedule and throw my entire project off schedule.
