Great selection of tile and very fair prices...interfaced primarily with the inimitable Becky Maria and her impeccable taste plus a lovely disposition (no high pressure sales tactics, no upselling, etc) Everyone I met was super helpful from Jonathan, Blanca, Jocelyn, Damien (who might run the whole show yet seems like a regular dude), and Serina and several others whose names I didn't get...wonderful experience all the way around
First time visiting Lancaster Floor and Decor and I was left so amazed with the employees here . We are doing a bathroom remodel and Kathy was assisting us on absolutely everything from tile to all materials needed she was so knowledgeable and not to mention professional and friendly . She made our remodel project so simple to start . I also want to thank April for her help and kindness and there friendly faces . Definitely will return for our next project .
I highly recommend this store. All staff are very professional and helpful. Becky was amazing, took her time walking around the store with me helping me choose tile. 10/10
