A very friendly and helpful woman named Donna assisted me today. I had no clue what i needed to do and she was patient and thoughtful. The kind of service that really doesnt exist anymore at most places. Floor & Decor locations may be a big box but it sure doesnt treat you like the major home improvement stores. Its like a small town hardware store except they have every style of tile ever imagined. Thank you Donna for making my day!
As a Pro customer, I always receive amazing service. There’s an amazing selection of products at every price point.
Very very good customer service. I was buying a discounted roll of cork. I needed 3 they only had two. They helped me reserve the other from the Danbury location. I just loved that they called me to update me about my order right after it was placed. The person that helped load at the store was super friendly and helpful.
