Friendly helpful staff
Purchased tile for my new bathroom. I was assisted by Jason Franklin. He showed me where the different styles of tile were located and some general guidance and then left me alone which is what I wanted.. He came back a little bit later to see how I was doing. He quickly pointed out some suggestions and I was able to quickly decide what I wanted. The finished product looks spectacular. He was a tile installer prior to joining Floor & Decor. He's the best.
One of the few places that actually lives up to the positive reviews online. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional during the entire visit. Everything felt organized, stress free, and genuinely focused on providing a good customer experience.
Andrew helped me throughout my tile journey. Hes a manager I believe there. Really took the time to make it happen and source the tile I needed. Knows his stuff. Pleasant experience at this location!
