MD was super helpful and upbeat, he helped us move really heavy porcelain tiles and loaded our car. Much better selection and costumer service than Home Depot so we got both floor tiles and backsplash tiles from Floor & Decor

We are renovating our bathroom and Floor & Decor has everything we need . This store in particular is very open clean and organized . The employees are very attentive. One employee heard my husband and I talking about a niche and took us to the section we were looking for . But what I am most grateful for is how honest the employees are. Thank you Abe and the rest of the staff for finding my 9 year old son’s wallet. He brought it in and dropped it . They held on to it for us. That in itself meant the world to us .

Had a great experience at this Floor & Decor specifically! From the moment we walked in, several employees approached us and were incredibly helpful. Arguably the nicest staff we've encountered at a store. Saw them helping others with the same energy even as we were leaving.

The Parsippany location is one of my favorites! The store is always great, but what really makes it stand out is the staff. Steve and Abe were amazing—professional, helpful, and patient. They not only helped me find exactly what I needed but also went the extra mile by loading everything into my car. Outstanding service!
