Lauren was amazing!!! Natalie helped me too! Lauren was very kind, knowledgeable , and flexible with helping me with tile/ grout choices! Natalie confirmed all choices and both were the best designers that I have worked with at Floor & Decor so far!!!
I have been shopping at the Floor Décor for a lot of my client needs. When its time for me to select flooring particularly wood or LVP, the best customer service hand down should go to Manager Nate at the Dallas Alberta Drive location.
