I went in today to get some hardwood flooring today. The people there go out of there way to help you and are not high pressure. They are happy to educate you and let you discuss options and ideas.
We had a design session with Nora who was really nice and knowledgeable about the design options and inventory. We loved the recommendations and complted our project.
This store has a lot of manufacturer close out tiles, including tile colors that are going out of style. That said, the selection is large and employees very helpful (especially when compared to the big box home centers). Be careful to match production lots when selecting your tiles as the selection within a particular tile can have several different lots. In one instance, 5-6 different lots.
