Ask for Diane in design services. I have been agonizing for a few weeks visiting every tile store in Chicago metro area. My struggle was that I was trying to do this on my own. If you don't have your own designer I would HIGHLY recommend you meet with Diane. She is knowledgeable and works with your aesthetic and more importantly gave great advice, don't fight against the style of your home. I had choices within an hour that work!

This place is a gem! I am not particularly handy, so we hired contractors to put flooring in our basement (if I could go back in time, after speaking with Sinisa and Yanet, I would have done this myself). I walked in, was greeted, and told the front staff what I was looking for, and she had Sinisa meet me back there.
