Short-staffed and very slow. I waited a long time and still received the wrong order, then had to load it and bring it back to get the correct product. The display showed a lower price than what rang up at the register. I only noticed after paying, and then had to wait again for the right person to void the transaction and redo everything. Very frustrating experience.
I have had the pleasure of working with the delightful and really talented designer, Diane. Diane is so knowledgeable and really gives her all when helping you make your selections, The whole staff is helpful and very courteous- I have already recommended this great store that is helping me redo my bathroom! 5 stars and ask for Diane!
I want to thank Yanet Reyes for her exceptional service. She guided me through and answered my questions accordingly. She was patient, friendly and easy to work with.
