I had a very disappointing experience on 2/15/26 at 1:26 PM with the cashier when I arrived to return a sample tile (32" × 32"). The cashier, A (#93399), told me that the store policy is “no receipt, no return.” I explained that I had left the receipt at home, but he could look up the transaction using my credit card or issue store credit. Sorry, the one star is for basic common sense. If you live and wiley Sachse murphy area, please consider the small mom and pop stores first.They've been here forever and raised their families and their kids. Don't let them struggle and go out of business. Not a store owner. Just putting basic awareness out there.
Had a super small project, not my area of expertise. I went in and talked with one of the managers named Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me find what I needed and walked me through how to fix it. Great experience.
