Great customer service and a very large selection of tile. I thought the prices were reasonable, too! If you have something in mind and come here, I'll bet you leave with tile for your project! I had already chat gpt'd a sand dollar color for kitchen backsplash but it was way too ordinary. We were looking at big bold green backsplash for a flip and I was hesitant. Has a good selection. One of the designers (I think Vanessa) gave assistance with tiles for backsplash and was very helpful. Helpful, not pushy.
