We have been working with them for a few years on various projects. Their customer service is the best I have seen at any place like this in the twin cities. Sam (manager) helped us with an issue that we have been having for over a year with our spigots. Once he could see it clearly was not something we were doing he did the right thing and immediately moved to solve the issue. Very helpful gentleman helped me find everything I needed for a bathroom shower tile job as well as loading previously purchased tile into my car.
This was the best experiences I've had at a retail business in a long time. Very easy to order online and pick up. Incredible selection. The customer service people I dealt with were incredibly nice and helpful. Wish I could remember their names. They deserve high praise. : )
