The huge variety of tiles available at the Aspen Hill store was quite overwhelming at first. But we were fortunate to work with the Design Supervisor Danene Smith, who really helped us organize our thinking about our design ideas and the kinds of tiles and supplies that would help realize them. James, Aaron, Samuel & Darien were wonderful in helping me choose and get the materials for my basement. Tiles, moldings, grout and adhesive. They are so knowledgable and KIND!
I found the staff to be beyond helpful. , knowledgeable, and kind. I am developing a 4 unit building and the process has been daunting to say the least. However, encounters like the ones today remind what development is all about and with floor and decor staff, their efforts should be acknowledged. A special shoutout to Priscilla, Darien, Tameila, and Atria. They were problem solvers, provided me alternatives, kept my budget in mind and was thorough. Great team!!
