(Posting for my nephew & niece) My husband & I came into your Silver Spring store TODAY (6/6/26) in hopes of finding flooring, countertops & backsplash for our kitchen which is scheduled for remodel. We walked in @ 3:30p asked a hispanic male with a ponytail where we would find thesr items to which he “pointed” to where we should go. We spoke with a gentleman named “Daneen”(sp) who was of no assistance. We were in your store for approximately 45 minutes (3:30p-4:15p) but nothing was resolved. Designer Danene and the rest of the staff at Floor and Decor Aspen Hill were so helpful in picking tile, stone, and trim for our new shower. They made the project manageable and I am happy with the result.
