What should have been a simple return at Floor & Decor turned into a 2+ hour nightmare. Multiple employees and the manager made repeated mistakes—first charging me $600 instead of issuing a refund, then claiming I owed $300 for a “mismatch” that was not correct. That $300 should have been a credit, not a charge. When we realized the error and returned to the store, the manager refused to take responsibility and even tried to handle it out of sight in the back of the store instead of fixing it properly.
