We visited the Columbus, GA Floor and Decor store on 10/24/25. Floor and Decor has a vast selection of wall and floor products at very reasonable prices. We especially commend the 5 Star professionalism and Customer Service of Cam, Bianca, Garrett, and Tanner. They stayed late to load our purchase unto our truck and trailer with a smile. As we were leaving, they wished us a safe journey since we had to drive 88 miles to return home. If we could give them a 10 Star rating we would because they deserve it.
Customer service is always top notch at this location! Shoutout to Bianca for going above and beyond!
Micheal at the ProDesk provided absolutely stellar customer service. I wish all the stores had a Michael!
