First time doing a renovation project. Simone was such a great help at narrowing down our options and helping us make decisions. Don't know what we would have done without her advice!
They gave us samples to take home, neither had any sticker on the back with the name or number of the product to order it. So we had to go all the way back from New Milford about a 25-minute drive to get the name and model number and it took a weight of 20 minutes to return just the two samples. The staff at the register was less than friendly considering their error
They are so friendly and helpful! I've been there several times and would highly recommend.
