I currently have a love/hate relationship with Floor and Decor-Sugarland. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. LOVE LOVE LOVE Jaime! He saved me from making a critical error with my flooring, he has the patience of a Saint helping me through my decision making process across 5 separate visits, and he is extremely knowledgeable on their products. He went way above the call when pulling my materials and ensuring that my contractor was able to pick up everything, when another employee sent him away with only partial products. Even though I spent nearly four thousand dollars here, I still feel upset about my experience.
My contractor buys most his materials from there and said I could get my samples thru his name. No problem getting 4 samples. I will be purchasing my materials from them.
