We are in the middle of having our house foundation refinished and decided to use ledger tiles. Floor & Decor, by far, has the very best prices. But, to make our experience even better, the customer care representative, Elton, of the Owings Mills store was EXCEPTIONAL! Jaden is an outstanding associate. He helped me find the tile I needed despite being new and not knowing very much about tiles and then helped me load it to my car. Him and the whole team at Floor and decor were very helpful and wonderful. Awesome store!
