Mike from the Reisterstown location was very helpful, he explained the difference in prices from good better and best, an his recommendations on the type of flooring. We were looking foot. Die to a flood he made our decision making a great experience.
Renovating our bathroom and our contractors told us to visit Floor & Decor for our tile and flooring needs. Can't say enough about the help and guidance Francis provided. He listened, made helpful suggestions and took care of us from the minute we walked in until we had all of our tile and flooring needs were taken care of!
Taylor helped check us out, she was and fast friendly.
Kelvin was awesome! He made decision making process for us very easy. He was patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely come back to select other projects with his guidance.
