I have purchased lots of flooring materials here. They have stuff that you don't find anywhere else. Return policy sucks and some products get discontinued.

We came in on 7/1 to purchase a transition for our remodel and we were assisted by Kevin, who was super knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the type that we needed for our vinyl flooring to carpet and even gave us some pointers on what we could do to ensure that it was seamless. Although Kevin was a great help, the staff at the pro services desk were not very helpful to him when he went to check for the transition in a different color.
