We had an excellent experience selecting tile for our master bath renovation at the Highlands Ranch Floor and Decor store. In particular, our designer, Kat E. was very helpful and patient with our lengthy selection process based on continually revising our order in 5 separate visits. She listened to our inputs at each visit and quickly presented us with the options available to meet our needs, and we are very happy with the final selections in our renovation.
Floor and Decor has a great selection of tiles for the floor, wall etc. Some of the samples I wanted were out of stock completely which was a bit disappointing.
Michael at the pro desk provided phenomenal customer service and product knowledge to pros and diy’ers. Always polite, always helpful, 10/10 would recommend working with michael to anyone who walks into that store
