I went to the flooring decor in Gainesville, Florida, and was welcomed by the manager, Charles, Kristan and sales associate Samuel, who was very helpful. Very friendly Store personal attention to detail great job Gainesville floor and decor.
I have been a few times this week and Jada and Daniel were very helpful and made the shopping experience go smoothly and efficiently.

I had such a great shopping experience at this store. Unlike some other locations, where employees try to hide from you, I had an employee approach me to offer help. His name was Harley and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He even took me to another section and showed my some recommendations to compliment the shower tile I had decided on. After my cart got heavy, he even assisted me to my car. Top notch customer service - thanks to Harley.
