I was very impressed with Senior Designer George E’s vast knowledge and superior customer service. His background in the industry and experience with tile, grout, and color coordination was extremely helpful. I especially appreciated his patience, time, and genuine interest in my project and am so thankful to have had his expert guidance in such an important and somewhat daunting task. I left the store feeling confident in selecting products of both beauty and quality.

My husband and I had the opportunity to work with George Erotokritos on the tile design for our new build. George is WONDERFUL! He listened intently to our ideas and vision, asked us questions to help with our choices, was patient and had a wonderful, calming demeanor. Michael was fantastic. I showed up first thing without an appointment and wasn’t 100% organized, but Michael was amazing from start to finish. He remained positive and friendly throughout. I will forever be a Floor & Decor because of Michael.
