I have had the best experience with Khary at floor and decor ..he was patient professional and extremely helpful with me while I was trying to place my order and figure out what exactly I would need to complete my project..I am certain that he was the major reason I placed the order with floor and decor in the first place .. thank you once again for all your hard work and support!!!
Kaitlyn and Gabe helped me today. I have NEVER had a better experience at any store of any kind. Kailyn knew just what I was after and exactly what other things I would need. And Gabe got everything loaded perfectly for me! A wonderful shopping trip! I am telling everyone about the great service at Mooresville Floor and Decor.
Very helpful staff. Happy to be offered a few free samples as a GC—takes a couple extra steps off my plate (accounting/billing/data entry) for a very minor purchase (the samples) and more likely to purchase from them given smooth transactions and deliveries in the past!
