I went to the Floor & Decor in Manassas to buy hardwood flooring and between me starting with incorrect numbers from my contractor, and actual product (we had ordered online) not remotely matching the photo online, several changes had to be made during the process. Babak made it all painless. He offered bottled water, and made sure I got everything I needed, and it all matched. It was like working with family.
