Pro desk is rude and doesnt explain things property - i use to like floor and decor but girls in the service desk always have an attitude. Not sure why they’re upset that’s their job to make and take the order.
My experience here, i'm getting loaded up this morning was amazing.My pallet did not fit in the truck.And they went the extra mile to unload it, and put it on a pallet that would fit.That's what I call customer service. I thank, Cheri- Michelle, Yvette, Jason. Thanks load crew.01
