Very clean and everyone there specially Wes and Glenn were very helpful.

The management and John at the Pro Desk are always the best, this place really knows how to take care of it's customers, if I could rate them higher I would!
The latest people I ever meet work here. Do yourself a favor go to the Springfield location way better customer service and actually want to help customers. I’m one of there pro customers called today to ask if they had the grout I was looking for even gave the woman the part number. Put me on hold while she looked said they have it. I drove a hour to find out it was not in stock so had to go to Springfield. I’ll never go back not to mention when I got to kop they were rude told me I never called.
