Online inventory is constantly wrong with stated quantities. Orders are always incomplete due to inaccurate inventory. Takes at least 1 hour from arriving at the store and checking in to getting an online order ready to be loaded. What’s the point of placing an order online to pick up in the store when the inventory is incorrect, the order is always incomplete, and there’s no time savings involved. Your better off pulling everything yourself and saving time.
Thomas at the Roswell store goes above and beyond for is customers. We have worked with him multiple times now And you can not beat his customer service!
The designer (Sumedha) who helped us today was extremely helpful.
