Second experience at FD. We had a leak in our custom 6x6 shower We realized we would not “ match “ the existing tile so we decided to replace with a contrast , complimentary color I could not decide online , so I drove 2 hours to this FD store, on Roswell Rd. After a bit of meandering down l the aisles and choices Rinku Dhwawan, a sales consultant offered to help. He asked great questions, looked at my photos. Luciano is wonderful and so helpful.
This location is complete crap compared to other locations. Their inventory is shoddy and customer service even worse. The guy up front was smoking a vape and didn't want to do his job so he just sent me to the pro desk instead of actually helping. It wasn't even a complicated matter but it's clear they're just lazy.
