Do not have your floors installed by the contractor they use ! We regret it everyday I have to walk on the floors installed in my home. They did a terrible job beyond terrible !! And it took twice as long as they said it would . I asked them to come fix it and the guy said it’s the flooring manufacture fault . Doesn’t even stand by his work nor will entertain that his shotty work sucks and was installed wrong! Will never even step foot in Lakeland floor and decor again bc of this man. Friendly and helpful staff!! We had called this Lakeland location because the Clearwater one was out of stock of the beautiful tile we wanted. Reilly answered the phone and helped us when we arrived and was very knowledgeable. We also had 2 other gentleman help us load it into the car which was great because it was very heavy. Thank you so much for the great service!!!
