Lovonia Mallory!!! Lovonia is a gem, truly an outstanding employee and you guys are lucky to have her. She was instrumental in me picking grout to go with my tile and helping me pick a finish piece for that tile. Hello sparkle grout, who knew. She gave me some time to look and then checked back in at the perfect time. If I could rate higher than 10 I would! Next is Teia, she processed my return and then the purchasing of my stuff. We’re used to unsatisfactory supply store experiences such as Home Depot, so we didn’t have high expectations walking in here. Then we met Lovonia, who almost seemed to be looking for us. We had specific tile and grout needs, including some that Floor & Decor could not accommodate. Lovonia took care of what she could right away, then turned us on to a hidden gem of a consignment shop in Albany. So lovely to meet smart, knowledgable, experienced and funny people.
