Excellent selection, and staff on the floor are eager to help and friendly. I had a great experience until I approached the register. The cashier was on her personal phone the entire time. She was so distracted, she told me to insert my card well after I had already paid. It was a waste of my time and incredibly unprofessional.
Very expensive place but good stuff
My wife and I were trying to pick out flooring and a backsplash for our kitchen remodel at the Cheektowaga, NY store and Mariah Ramos (designer) encountered us. She immediately asked questions about the project and started showing us different products and color options based on our answers. She is so knowledgeable and customer friendly.
