We were trying to pick new floors for our store but left because some creep pushing the broom around kept following my wife and daughter STARING at them. When we mentioned it to someone up front she responds with "oh yeah he does that im so sorry" and left to tell a manager or whatever. They've got a lot of nice flooring options but now my wife doesn't want to come here.
We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received at the Floor & Decor in Estero, Florida. Our installer was attempting to pick up our order, but we were informed that the slab we had selected was too fragile to transport. Great location and selection
My husband and I went into Floor and Decor to choose some tile for our kitchen backsplash which proved to be a challenge due to our "busy" countertop. While searching through so many options, Morie, one of the designers approached us and asked if we needed help. After explaining our challenges she immediately went to a tile that I, myself, who never choose, but, I took the sample home and put it in my kitchen. It was the solution to our problem!!!
